Unleash Your Strategy with the Upgraded Live Draft Assistant 2.0

At Pitcher List, we’re thrilled to announce a comprehensive update to our Live Draft Assistant (LDA 2.0), designed to elevate your fantasy baseball drafting experience. This tool, available exclusively for PL Pro members, combines cutting-edge analytics with user-friendly features to help you dominate your fantasy leagues. Whether you're a seasoned vet or a newbie looking to make the most of your draft, this assistant offers the support you need right at your fingertips. Here’s a look at what’s new and improved for the 2026 season.

A Fresh Visual Interface and Intelligent Analytics

One of the first things users will notice is the completely redesigned interface. We’ve aligned the user experience with our upcoming PL Pro Dashboard Beta, which is expected to roll out this spring. This new look not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also improves functionality by keeping essential data easily accessible without cluttering your view.

• 2026 Pitch Level Value (PLV) Projections: The core of the LDA is our unique PLV projections, which provide insights that go beyond standard statistics. These projections consider the actual quality of pitches and swings, marrying predictive modeling with performance data to give you a more accurate forecast.
• Average Auction Value (AAV): For auction league participants, we’ve introduced an AAV translator that maps average draft positions into dollar values. This feature ensures you can identify bidding inaccuracies, guiding you toward potential steals or overpriced players. Multi-time Tout Wars champion Ariel Cohen recently emphasized the significance of AAV analysis in auction drafts, and it’s an essential part of my draft strategy.

Enhanced Tools for Player Preparation

Improving your draft strategy requires effective tagging for players. The updated LDA allows you to create personalized player tags easily, ensuring you never overlook potential breakout performances or hidden gems in your draft.

Customizable League Settings for Every Format

No two leagues are alike, and our tool reflects that understanding. The new LDA supports a myriad of league configurations:

• Platform Compatibility: Default settings cater to major platforms such as Yahoo, ESPN, Fantrax, NFC, Ottoneu, and CBS.
• Flexibility Across Formats: Regardless of whether you’re drafting in Auction or Snake format or utilizing Points or Categories scoring, we’ve got you covered.
• Unique Configurations: We've even addressed the notorious "Two Ohtani" issue by allowing leagues to differentiate Shohei Ohtani as two separate players in a single draft.
• Deep Customization: With support for an impressive 46 scoring categories, our projections ensure that if your league tracks it, we will project it.

Fast-Paced Drafting with Tactical Insights

In the heat of the draft, time is of the essence. That’s why we’ve streamlined features to keep pace with the urgency of live drafting:

• Integrated Cheat Sheets: The revamped Cheat Sheet tab now centrally displays The List, the Hitter List, and RP Lists. You’ll see who remains available based on Nick, Scott, and Rick’s latest rankings.
• Quick Entry Feature: Inputting drafted players has never been quicker, allowing you to maintain your drafting momentum without falling behind.

Analyzing Draft Performance in Real Time

The magic happens with the Live Standings tab. This feature dynamically showcases how your drafted team compares against your rivals throughout the draft:

• Projected Finish: Gain insights into where you stand in every statistical category.
• Identify Team Needs: The tool highlights your strengths and weaknesses, providing recommendations for players who can fill gaps in crucial stats.
• Strategic Awareness: By monitoring what your opponents need, you can make moves to pick up players they might be targeting.

Making Informed Decisions

The new design allows for an intuitive jump between the draft board and viewing your opponents' rosters. You can toggle easily to see potential threats, helping you make informed decisions on the fly.
